Understanding the relationship between how your attention, will, feelings and beliefs are filters on the world and deliberately changing them.
You learn how to free up your attention, this is very powerful. Having free attention is what really allows us to follow our dreams and get things done effectively. There is nothing more impeding than a foggy mind. You can lose days, weeks and even years when you do not handle the fog and move on.
